The mobile version includes Sunnyside Regional and its 14 routes for free. A single Full Game purchase permanently unlocks Frostpeak Alpine, Coral Lagoon and Moon Base Alpha.
On Steam, the full game and the free Sunnyside demo are separate downloads.
Connect to the internet and open Settings, then Purchases and Full Game. Use Restore Purchases on the purchase screen. Make sure the device is using the same Apple Account or Google Play account that made the purchase. A pending payment must be approved by the store before the game can unlock.
If it is still locked, email us with your platform and store purchase reference. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
Use the export option in Settings and keep the save code somewhere safe. On the other device, copy the code and use the import option in Settings. Importing replaces your current progress, so export that progress first if you want to keep it.
Save codes contain progress only. They do not transfer purchases between stores. To restore a mobile purchase, use the same store and purchasing account.
You can play offline. A connection is needed to make or restore a mobile purchase. Offline earnings are calculated when you return to the game.
Reset local game data in the game's Settings or through your device's storage controls. Exported saves, backups and Steam Cloud copies are separate. Our privacy policy explains how to request deletion of purchase-verification records or support information.
Email [email protected] with the steps that led to it, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot, screen recording or exported save can help us reproduce it. Attach only information you are comfortable sharing.
